About the Competition
The Valiant Youth Choir Competition is an initiative of Valentine Ozigbo, powered by the VCO Foundation, created to nurture the next generation of gospel music talent. This maiden edition brings together Christian choirs across Anambra State to compete, worship, and shine on a transformative platform.

What Is the Valiant Youth Choir Competition?
This competition is a faith-driven talent platform created to empower young Christian musicians. It celebrates worship, skill, teamwork, and excellence, giving young believers the opportunity to shine and inspire others through their gifts.
“Through the Valiant Youth Choir Competition, we aim to nurture and celebrate the musical talents of young Christians in Nigeria beginning from Anambra State. We believe that music is a powerful tool for spreading the message of faith and hope.”
Eligibility and Rules

Eligibility
– Christian choirs based in Anambra State
– Each choir must have 10–30 members
– Members must be 20 years old and below
– A supervising adult (youth leader, choir coordinator, or pastor) must register the choir

Entry Requirements
– Complete online registration
– Upload a 1–3 minute audition video
– Provide group details and consent forms

General Rules
– All songs must reflect Christian values
– No vulgar or secular content
– Choirs must attend rehearsals and pre-event briefings
– Judges’ decisions are final
